The Way Back

What do we do when it seems like there is no way back to God? When the weight of our sin makes us feel shame, condemnation, and totally separate from Him? The Father clothes us like he did with Adam and Eve. Those garments have biblical allusions in Joseph's multi-colored coat, the priestly garments in the temple, and the robes of righteousness that we are given because of Christ's atoning sacrifice. Jesus Christ stands as our defense attorney and then takes the sentence upon himself for our sake, because He loves us.
